Folksam works to create security for its customers in all stages of life. Here, customers can insure themselves, their loved ones, and their belongings and save for retirement. Folksam also greatly emphasizes injury research and conducts independent product tests of items like helmets and cars. We want to help people lead safer lives with fewer injuries.

Editorship, Strategy, and Project Management

Our consultant at Folksam became part of a team of Site Managers responsible for maintaining and developing folksam.se and the company's subsidiary sites. A day at Folksam offers a mix of high and low tasks. A Site Manager does everything from minor content updates and newsletters to building campaign sites, reviewing the basic structure of websites, or driving development projects.

Folksam is a repeat client for Curious Mind. Two years ago, three consultants participated in a major migration project. Therefore, Folksam felt confident in hiring Curious Mind again.

Result: better-utilized content and renewed trust

Besides the daily operations, our consultant led a project to develop a new structure for over a hundred essential content articles, including those about injury research and product tests. We reviewed the customer journey, relocated pages, and developed navigation elements, creating a better user experience and strengthening SEO. The content became more accessible, and the sales material was improved.

The interim assignment also gave Curious Mind the best of validations: renewed trust through an additional assignment in the company for another one of our consultants.
