When Rillion decided to focus more on the US, they contracted Curious Mind to improve their website. By optimizing the website for the American audience we could ensure the content was accurate, relevant and effective.
Goal: adapting the website for the American market
As Rillion planned to further expand in the US, they needed to differentiate their American website from the Canadian. Rillion decided to work with Curious Mind and other agencies within Eidra to achieve this and it became part of a larger collaboration between Rillion and Eidra.
An insight-driven approach
Initially, a mapping of Rillion's website was conducted. We reviewed its structure, existing content, and identified ambiguities. Curious Mind focused on examining the content from the customers' perspective and analyzed how the website could be improved for both customers and the company. The goal was to make it easier for customers to find relevant information and create a calmer visual impression.
To create targeted content, we conducted a Voice of the Customer survey. The survey gathered the opinions of customers in the industry and gave us valuable insights to use in content creation.

User-friendly website and targeted content
Curious Mind's work resulted in a user-friendly website with content and tools tailored for the American market, such as a blog and two chatbots. The site has a clearer structure and provides a calmer impression. By making it easier for visitors to navigate and find the right information, the customer journey on the website has been shortened.
On the website, among other things, we have:
- created a new main menu and footer
- conducted a content audit
- cleaned out and structured content
- launched new product packages
- built new pricing pages.
During the process we strived to create good conditions for Rillion to manage their website going forward. The improvements made for the American market (rillion.com/us), such as menus and the visual design, can be reused for other markets.
