Who Has Access to the Data?

We have suppliers, known as data processors, who assist us with services such as IT, recruitment systems, and sales tools. We only share your data with them if necessary. We have data processing agreements for these suppliers that ensure they use the information according to our instructions.

We may also need to share the data with government authorities by law.

Where Do We Process Your Data?

We have systems and internal processes to ensure that all the information we process is protected from unauthorized access. Only employees who need access to our store's personal data have access to it.

Our goal is to process your data within the EU/EEA. Still, some suppliers have established or stored information in other countries. For example, the Mailchimp system for our newsletters transfers personal data to the USA for storage through their cloud services. In these cases, the data is handled under the Privacy Shield framework.

Where Do We Get Your Data From?

Apart from the personal data you provide us, we can obtain publicly available information from third parties like Facebook and LinkedIn to manage recruitment processes. In these situations, we will notify you, and you can consent to us saving the information.
